10-Year Body Armor Warranty Policy Coverage: This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of the body armor for a period of 10 years from the date of purchase. What is Covered: This warranty covers defects such as seam failure, material delamination, and other manufacturing defects that affect the performance of the body armor. What is Not Covered: This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, improper care, or alterations made to the product. How to Make a Claim: To make a warranty claim, the customer must provide proof of purchase and contact our customer service department. We will evaluate the claim and, if it is deemed valid, repair or replace the defective product at our discretion. Limitations: This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the body armor. Repair or replacement of the product is the sole remedy under this warranty and does not extend the original warranty period. Great Plates
Our agency just received our first delivery of these plates. We tested samples prior to issuing the award to Princip as we did not too much about them. The plates lived up to the challenge and then some. Very impressed with the weight and comfort of a rifle plate.
